TANL GROUP was born from a place of lived experience and an unwavering commitment to transformation. My name is Anastasia Mighty, and I grew up in Brownsville, Brooklyn—at a time when opportunities for girls and young people were painfully scarce. I know what it’s like to have big dreams but feel the weight of limited resources and a lack of guidance. That reality shaped me, and it fuels my purpose every day.

"I founded TANL GROUP to create what I once needed most: a space where young women and girls aren’t just acknowledged, but truly seen, supported, and empowered. Our mission is deeply personal—to nurture well-being, foster positive identity, and drive systemic change for those who’ve too often been overlooked. We offer emotional health support, leadership development, self and workforce development, career readiness, and safe pathways for girls facing obstacles such as teen pregnancy, justice involvement, sexual assault, and so much more."

I believe—because I’ve lived it—that self-confidence is a game-changer in a girl’s journey. It’s the foundation for her dreams, the spark that ignites her ambitions. Confidence gives her the courage to speak up, defend her values, rise above negativity, and trust her own judgment. It helps her make wise choices and face life’s challenges with resilience. Most importantly, confidence empowers her to embrace her story—no matter how difficult—and to know, deep down, that she is worthy simply because she is herself.

My greatest passion is giving back—sharing knowledge, building confidence, and breaking down the barriers that hold our girls back. At TANL GROUP, we walk beside young women as they navigate college, launch careers, or pursue entrepreneurship—so they can shape the futures they deserve. Together, we’re not just changing individual lives; we are building a movement rooted in hope, resilience, and lasting opportunity.
