Healthy Hygiene &
Boundary Setting

This interactive workshop is designed to help girls and young women understand the importance of personal hygiene and healthy boundaries as essential foundations for self-confidence, safety, and well-being. Through open discussions, hands-on activities, and real-life scenarios, participants will learn practical hygiene habits and develop the skills to set and communicate boundaries in friendships, family, school, and online. The workshop creates a supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and build lifelong habits that support both physical and emotional health. Each participant receives a take-home hygiene bag.

Project Management Basics

This workshop equips Youths (18-25yr), nonprofit staff and volunteers with essential project management skills using real-world tools (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365). It’s designed for those new to project management or looking to formalize their approach for greater impact.

Makeup Class

Beauty Beyond Boundaries is a beginner-friendly makeup class designed to empower girls and young women to explore self-expression and confidence through beauty. This hands-on workshop covers essential makeup techniques, skincare basics, and the art of enhancing your natural features—while celebrating individuality and self-worth. Participants will learn practical skills, discover their unique style, and leave with the knowledge to create looks that make them feel bold, beautiful, and authentically themselves. Core Component: Essential Makeup Techniques: Foundation, concealer, eye looks, blush, lip color, and more

  • Enhancing Natural Features: Tips for accentuating what makes you unique

Self-Care and Reflection for Young Women (Ages 12–25)

Overview:
A supportive, stigma-free workshop created for girls and young women ages 16–25. This experience helps participants understand mental health, practice real-life self-care, and use journaling as a tool for self-discovery, confidence, and emotional resilience. Every attendee receives a complimentary journal.

Learning Objectives:

  • Increase understanding and awareness of mental health and well-being for youth

  • Learn practical, age-appropriate strategies for managing stress and emotions

  • Build a journaling habit for self-reflection, clarity, and personal growth
