Program Overview
Leadership isn't just for those in formal positions—it's a skill every young woman can develop. SheLeads Leadership Lab creates a supportive, empowering environment where young adults build the confidence, communication skills, and strategic thinking needed to make an impact. Whether you're starting your career, leading a community project, or navigating your next chapter, this program equips you with the tools to lead authentically and effectively.
Through a blend of in-person workshops, peer collaboration, and real-world projects, participants discover their strengths, build critical leadership competencies, and develop a vision for their future. SheLeads is designed for young women ages 18–30 who are ready to step into their power and create meaningful change in their communities and workplaces.
Workshops are facilitated by a Senior Project Manager, VP of HR and Director of HR
Core Components
1. Self-Discovery & Purpose
Explore your authentic leadership identity and define your vision for impact.
Personal Values & Strengths: Identify core values, personality strengths, and natural leadership abilities
Leadership Style Discovery: Understand your unique leadership approach (directive, collaborative, visionary, etc.)
Vision Mapping: Define your "why"—your purpose and intentions for impact
Building Self-Awareness: Develop confidence in your unique leadership voice
