Program Overview
Glow & Create empowers girls to unleash their creativity, build practical skills, and discover entrepreneurial potential. Through hands-on workshops, participants design and create custom beauty and lifestyle products, develop a brand aesthetic, and learn the fundamentals of turning passion into business.Each workshop combines creative expression with real-world entrepreneurship, giving girls the confidence and tools to bring their ideas to life.
7 Core Workshops
✓ Lipgloss Making (2 hours). Create custom lipgloss with your choice of flavors, colors, and scents. Design personalized labels, learn about ingredient sourcing, and take home your finished product ready to gift or sell.
✓ Body Butter Crafting Mix luxurious body butters using essential oils and natural ingredients. Customize scents to match your style, learn about skin-safe formulations, and take home a beautifully packaged jar.
✓ Candle Making Pour and design custom candles with your choice of scents and colors. Decorate containers with personal touches and take home a handmade candle you created from start to finish.
✓ Phone Case Design Design personalized phone cases using Canva or similar design tools. Explore trending styles—Y2K, minimalist, bold graphics—and take home a custom case that reflects your unique aesthetic.
✓ Tote Bag Design Design and create custom tote bags using screen printing, heat transfer, hand-painting, or embroidery. Take home a wearable piece of art that showcases your creativity.
✓ Entrepreneurship Basics Turn your passion into products. Learn how to understand your customers, set competitive pricing, create simple business plans, and explore real-world case studies of young entrepreneurs who started small.
