Program Overview
Turning Point Athletics is a comprehensive youth sports and movement program designed to build athletic skills, foster teamwork, develop leadership, and empower young people through participation in competitive and recreational sports. Our diverse offerings ensure every young person—regardless of experience level or background, can find their athletic home and grow as both athletes and leaders.

Our Sports Offerings
Dance
Focus: Creative expression, rhythm, choreography, performance confidence
Skills Developed: Coordination, flexibility, body awareness, artistic expression, stage presence
Formats: Beginner to advanced; solo, group, and performance-based
Benefits: Builds confidence, improves fitness, fosters creative expression and cultural appreciation
Cheerleading
Focus: Stunting, tumbling, chants, team performance, school spirit
Skills Developed: Strength, flexibility, coordination, teamwork, leadership, crowd engagement
Formats: Recreational and competitive; all-star and school-based teams

Basketball (Girls & Ladies)
